The two main OTO application are OTO Free International Call and OTO Global International Call. Since the launching of these apps about 5 years ago, OTO communication service has been the absolute leader among the international calling apps, thanks to the cheap calling rates and crystal clear sound quality, which never stops to amaze our satisfied customers.

Our company is the first company in South Korea to export the expirience of developing and providing the communication services to Japan, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and other countries, in which we are curretly cooperating with partners in communication indurstry.

We are dedicating ourselves into endless research and development in order to provide the best possible services to our customers. We concentrate not only on the technological aspect of our services, but also on opinion of our customers.

As a result, in April of 2014, we have launched the new services called PlayOTO, that lets the users to take advantage of advanced international calling functionality of OTO brand, as well as other features such as completely free calls, messaging and social networking between OTO users. In June 2015, we have launched the new services called OTO Roaming, that provides the perfect experience of using the smartphone when on roaming abroad.
